DISABILITY IS NOT A CRIME.

Making a history always start from someone. The historic first ever para cycling sport dupped “Victory Road Race Run 2023”, was held on the 7th of January 2023 at Accra. The aim and the vision of organizing this event was to bring all different wheelchair users together. In all 32 athletes (which comprises 10 females and 22 males) from Central, Ashanti, Bono, Volta and the host region Greater Accra participated in this event. Some regional coordinators for this first ever event were also present to cheer their athletes up.
The Cycling Federation of Ghana were there to guide the athletes through some streets of Accra.

This event was made possible by:

India Women Association of Ghana, AIowa CP Football Team, International Savings and Loan, Samuel Foundation for Young Disabled.
